The location is vibrant, surrounded by restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore The Hague.
I could hear noises from other rooms and the street, which disrupted my sleep at times.

i felt utterly disrespected in this so-called hotel. they charged me for a night i didn’t stay—even after a near-drowning experience! the check-in staff greeted me like an inconvenience, and don’t even get me started on the scamming incident that left me in financial ruin. a complimentary gesture would’ve been nice, but apparently, that’s too much to ask.

The location is really nice, it
offers a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of cafés and bars nearby. During my one-night stay in a Standard Double Room, I appreciated the cleanliness and complimentary tea and coffee. However, the steep staircase can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

Just a reliable pick for a quick stop in The Hague with outstanding value. It was spotlessly clean, making my stay pleasant. Ask for a lower floor if you have heavy luggage. those stairs can be tough!

great stay but some room for improvement
The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable during my stay. Internet connection was speedy, allowing me to work efficiently. I enjoyed having free coffee available throughout the day, which added a nice touch to my experience. The city view was pleasant and made for a relaxing atmosphere.
One downside was that I found the staff could be more attentive during busy hours.

missingWrote a review on 02 Aprcomfortable bedhelpful staffsteep stairslimited dining optionsstreet noise
Impressed by the cleanliness and comfortable bed in the room, which provided a nice retreat after exploring the vibrant neighborhood. Helpful staff offered great recommendations for local dining options, especially enjoying the local cheese available nearby. However, navigating the steep stairs was challenging, especially with luggage, and the limited food options within the hotel required venturing out for meals. On top of that, the noise from the street sometimes disrupted sleep, making a restful night elusive.
